Serving the Legal Profession: 150 Years of Expertise

Same Day Reporting for Public Inquiries

Daily transcription

A pair of court reporters, usually stenographers, attend and transcribe the hearing. They produce edited transcripts as soon as possible after the end of the hearing. Usually the transcripts are emailed to the parties as soon as they are ready, with hard copies delivered to the court or tribunal the following morning.

This solution allows counsel to review the day’s proceedings before the next hearing but at considerably less cost that a real time solution. This is a cost effective method of covering shorter hearings.

Serving inquiries around the UK

We regularly provide court reporters to cover inquiries in all corners of the UK.  Recent inquiries we have covered have taken place in southwest England and in Kent as well as London.  We take care to minimise travel costs by assigning local reporters when appropriate.
